Still factory sealed, but the front of the box as a cut in it (see pic).  Great if you plan on opening and playing with them and maybe even 

re-enacting their lines (There's a hurricane a-comin'!), but not so great for the collector who needs pristine packaging.  ($14.95 msrp)
