*Water kefir is a fantastic probiotic beverage that has many health benefits due to the beneficial bacteria that will help heal and keep you healthy. It is a great substitute for cola beverages, as it has a mild sparkling taste with carbonation. There are various strains of healthy bacteria and yeasts in these grains - the symbiotic relationship produces water kefir.

*Water kefir is much more mild then kombucha, so children tend to prefer it. Ours do. :-)

These grains grow - you can increase the amount of water kefir you make as they grow and have plenty to share with friends!

We use a combination of brown and white sugar (all organic), so that is why our grains are golden in color.
