New Old Stock!  Really nice shape!  Paper isn't brittle. They aren't, however, perfectly flat as you can see in the pics near the top.  They are not creased and should flatten out with a simple pressing.  It's nothing at all really, but it's important to me to relay that info to you.

(The unfolded one in the pics is one that will not be sold.  Yours has not been opened, so you will be the 1st to gaze upon its beauty!  lol)

Its amazing how huge Houston has grown since 1974!
