DESCRIPTION
Diverter valve: Reconditioned Diverter valve is serviced and the body is cleaned, the
diaphragm is replaced, washers, seals and cartridges are replaced if
required. Once reconditioned the Diverter valve is checked by qualified
engineer(s), all reconditioned Diverter valves comes with a 1 year
warranty.
How our services work:
Exchange Service: Our exchange service is simple. Select "Exchange Service" from the drop-down menu above then click "Add To Basket". Please note before an exchange service can take place you must send your faulty item together with a copy of your Web order details or PayPal receipt to the address below. Once we receive the faulty part, we will dispatch a repaired/replacement the next working day.
Advance Replacement Service: If you would like to receive your reconditioned part first, please select the "Advance Replacement Service". You will be charged a deposit of £60, which will be refunded upon receipt of your old part.
How to re-claim your deposit: Deposits must be reclaimed within 30 days of your purchase. You will need to send your faulty part together with a copy of the invoice we provided you and send it to Returns Department, Adlink UK Limited, Nagi House, Alperton Lane, Wembley, HA0 1DX. Deposits will be refunded using your original method of payment. Please note customers will need to pay for postage and packaging for the return of the faulty part.
