1. We will send out your order within 3 working days, the Tracking number will be updated to you once your order has been shipped. Standard shipping will take 8-12 business days for delivery and expedited shipping takes 2-7 business days. If there is any delay, it may be caused by bad weather or custom inspection which is not in our control, but don't worry, we will keep to follow your order until you receive it.
2. We try our best to make you get desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products, please contact us timely for exchange or refund. If damaged, please refuse to sign and send us the message ASAP.
3. If you need to change your address. Please make a note in your order or send me a message after you placed the order. Otherwise we will not be responsible for the wrong or undeliverable address.

1.You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date the item(s) is(are) received, but we will not be responsible for the return freight chargescaused if it is not because the product quality issue.
2.If there is any quality issue, please kindly provide pictures or video clearly to prove it.
3.All returned items MUST be in the original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included. The shipping tracking number, specific reasons for the return, and your PO# MUST be provided to us timely.
4.Full refund can be offered immediately upon receipt of the returned items as we request above. If you ask for a replacement, we will arrange shipment after confirming the return of the former one.
5.We will be responsible for all of the shipping cost or refund part of payment if the product(s) is(are) not as described.
6.Product with quality issue in 14 days can be returned and refunded; In 30 days can be returned and replaced; In a year can be returned and repaired. For product with quality issue, in 6 months or longer, we will be responsible for only freight charges for shipping back to you.
