This booklet cantatas three centuries of history illustrated and has some typical issues for a booklet from 1937 that was used. There are soft covers and they have creases, light corner bends, and some spot discoloration areas. The back cover has a red discoloration spot and an area where a small paper area rubber off slightly. The staples are good and the book read well. There are 36 pages within and they are primarily in good shape, a few show corner bends or light issues. Overall, this is a great book from a great facility. Rate publication to have survived.
