SHIPPING

• Orders are processed each week day Monday to Friday.

• We will ship your order either via a private courier, or via Australia Post tracking service with signature required upon delivery (you can request "Authority to Leave" with no signature if required).

• Usually, if your payment is received after 11:00am, or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day.

• Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment.

• We do allow local pick up and our warehouse is located in Greenacre

• If there's ever a problem with an order, we'll contact you ASAP.

 

We will ship your order same day if your order is received before 10am. Sydney delivery should take 1-2 days. Brisbane and Melbourne should take 2-3 days. Adelaide and Hobart should take 3-4 days. Perth and Darwin can take 7 to 10 days. Regional areas can take between 3-10 days depending on what state the delivery is going to.

 

If you opt to sign for a delivery, someone must be present at the delivery address during business hours to receive & sign, if no-one is available you must put a note in the order instructions along with a suggested time and date for delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if this process is not followed.

STORE PICK UP

 

We do allow store pick up from our Greenacre warehouse. You can place an order online and pay either using your card or paypal account. If this item is in stock, you will be able to collect it instantly, to check stock once you have purchased an item please email us to confirm when you can pick up. Stock is not guaranteed until we have reserved stock for you under your order number. Please wait for a confirmation email of the order being 'ready for pickup' before coming in-store to pickup. Please quote your order number when you come to the store. Pickup time is during our business hours which is 9-4pm. Orders are usually cancelled after 7 days if it has not been picked up or no form of communication or response has been received.

We understand that from time to time the need to return an item may occur. We aim to assist you in this process as much as possible. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM – we will aim to solve your problem asap.

Please read below for a detailed overview of our Return Policy:

 

• We will exchange or refund on damaged or defective products within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns for refund are accepted for the first 30 days after customer receives the item.

• If the customer is returning the item by choice (the item is not defective or damaged) within the 30 day period, the customer is responsible for shipping cost.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible on shipping and return for refund (unless the product is defective)

• Any problem with an item must be reported within the warranty period.

• If items are damaged in transit please notify us immediately.
