Payne replica model bamboo rod. It is 7 feet long and the number is not written, but it is thought to be around number 3 or 4. It was made by River Inn, a fly shop that existed in Oita Prefecture from the 1990s to 2011, and Seeds Rod in Tokyo. I don't know if the rod tube is genuine, but the sticker is from Fisherman's Communication Live & Dining Loft in Shimokitazawa. There are some scratches and wear on the exterior. There are no problems with use, such as around the guides. Since it is a rod made of natural materials and has been around for many years, please forgive some warping. It is not a problem for use, but if you are concerned, you can have it fixed at a specialty store or use the heat of a hair dryer, but please do so at your own risk.
