The book was originally released in 1940 with the 4th edition being in 1943. The figure isn't exactly 'Ginger' but they go so well together - so together they are. The figurine is about 7 x 4.8cm. If looking on an app - press the right arrow next to 'Item Details' to reveal my condition information/description.
