With the exception of the cat, all pieces are included and in very good (or better) condition.
Original packaging and instruction manual are not included.
Instruction manual can be viewed/downloaded/printed, at no charge, from Lego.com by searching for set #10748. (eBay no longer permits links to external websites in their postings. So I am unable to post direct links to instructions as I used to do.)
To accurately determine exactly what pieces of a set are and are not present, we use the "Wanted List" feature on BrickLink.com. This lets us track exactly what pieces are needed for any given Lego set and what pieces we have and what pieces are still missing.
