RETURNS:

We understand that not every order is perfect , therefore we have put together a quick and easy return process.
  • Returns can be made through the eBay interface or by contacting us with the order number and problem.
  • Returns cannot be accepted on items that are not in the original condition that they were received.
  • Returns are accepted on most items within 30 days after the shipping date.
  • For items that are defective return requests must be received within 3 days after tracking indicates that the item was delivered.
  • Please allow up to one business day for returns to be inspected and the refund to be processed.
