Shui Hu: Feng Yun Zhuan (水滸風雲傳) is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive beat-'em-up game developed by Never Ending Soft Team and published by King Tec Information Corp. Based on the classic 14th-century Chinese novel Water Margin, it was released in Taiwan in 1996.
Piko Interactive acquired the rights to this game and released the official English localization in 2015 under the title Water Margin: The Tales of Clouds and Winds. They also released this version on Steam in 4 July, 2019.
It is set in ancient China and follows three selectable characters fighting waves of enemies with swords. Assuming the player has the items to do so, he/she can also perform a variety of special attacks by pressing A, damaging all enemies on screen.
