Plexico was created in 2016 from the growing market demand for bespoke cut panels., but we realize that we can do more unique and stylish products too.

Whatever the demands are for simple shape or complex design, our systems are always flexible enough to cope. For us it is a prototype or a production run, each item receives the same meticulous attention to detail. We have the facilities in-house to cut almost any shape and create whatever imagination will bring. All designs are created in a Computer-Aided Design facility (CAD) and seamlessly converted via a CAD format for machining on the latest Laser technology. All designs and products are stored electronically for future reference by our clients. Once the design has been agreed we can have a prototype ready in a couple of days.

When it comes to creative display solutions, Plexico has best designers and manufacturers, and is involved in the whole process from start to finish. Working with we take care of everything from design and prototyping to fulfilment. Customisation is a key part of our service and if the specifications of our standard products do not meet your requirements, we'll customise them to suit your needs. With over 5 years? experience we've created customised solutions for a wide range of our products.

We've worked with well-known brands, and individuals to produce some of the great and stylish displays on the market. This experience gives us the flexibility to adapt to different customers requirements and deliver the highest quality products possible. Designing your product in a 3D CAD program such as SolidWorks and Visualize allows us to create realistic rendered models, helping us reduce the cost to you and the lead time for the design and make process.

Our priority is quality throughout the whole process, from design to fulfilment, has ensured our clients and their customers are always.

Should you have any issues with a product you have received from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 30 day period. 

Personalised or made to order items we can only accept returns on genuine faults or damages.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. 

If there are damages to the product you receive, we will need photo evidence of the damaged item/packaging. Once approved a replacement will be dispatched. We may ask you to return the damaged item back to us. Returns must be received in the original packaging. 

Please note that we charge 20% restock fee to non defective returns.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, not altered in any way, as well as including all original packaging such as boxes, bags and tags

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and then we will issue the refund (it may take 2-3 working days)
