la cotta di maglia pesa 9 kg, la larghezza delle spalle è di circa 53 centimetri, l'altezza dalle spalle al bacino è circa di 66 centimetri, il diametro al torace ed alla pancia è lo stesso, di circa 95 centimetri. la parte del collare dove si infila la testa è larga circa 21 centimetri. è di forma rettangolare.
la cotta di maglia è più rigida di come sarebbe una controparte fatta di soli anelli, ma è abbastanza flessibile da potercisi muovere e piegare liberamente.
importante: la cotta di maglia ha poca flessibilità a livello di circonferenza. se la tua circonferenza è superiore a 93-95 cm, è molto probabile che non riuscirai ad indossarla
