The Thunder Optics DH-Light is a high-performance composite light source that combines a continuous deuterium lamp and a tungsten halogen lamp in a single unit, providing seamless spectral coverage from 190 nm to 2500 nm (UV to NIR). Each lamp can be independently controlled, allowing users to adapt the output for a wide range of optical and spectroscopic applications, including absorbance, transmittance, and reflectance measurements.
Ideal for UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy and compatible with high-precision analytical instruments such as liquid chromatographs, the DH-Light ensures excellent stability, long lifetime, and a robust thermal management system for sustained operation.

This light source is a versatile and reliable reference for any laboratory or research environment requiring broadband, stable illumination from UV to NIR.
Never look directly into the DH light source — it can cause serious and permanent eye damage.
Do NOT open the unit. It contains no user-serviceable parts, and internal components operate at hazardous voltages.
