Please Keep a note in the personalisation box and send any photo via eBay message after placing your order. We will transform your photo to a cartoon version and send a proof to you. You can print photos and text both sides too. If you select multiple photos option it will be maximum of 10 photos and any text you want, we will arrange the photo and text if any, send you a proof and after that we will print the mug. If you are unable to send photo via message, we will send you a link after placing your order. Any picture any text. Only place your order when you are ready to send your photo. 

We will send a proof after placing your order and dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. We will use Royal Mail normal 2nd class post or Evri courier service(2/3 working days). If you need urgently please send us a message before you place the order. Select Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 service with extra payment if you want a guaranteed delivery.
