Welcome, meet REBEL T!! This absolute awesome dress from DEBENHAM  label DEBUT screams Im here to pARTY! She has a massive tulle petticoat and a crushed look to the fabric and to finish off a rosette on the hip.  Its an unusual grey colour that looks a bit like metal. Now she would look great with heels but for me its fishnets and DMs all the way!!
