Even with hundreds of satisfied customers we must point out
that this is not a retail store. In order to maintain our low pricing with no
reserve, we are not able to offer warranties, exchanges, after the sale
service, or questions from buyers about the merchandise. We do offer limited
customer support available by-mail (address located at check out or on your
invoice).
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
Shipping quotes is based on the actual published rates
currently charged by UPS. We reserve the right to use the identical services of
UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex or USPS without prior notification or written consent.
Additional charges by Federal Express (such as rural delivery charges and fuel
surcharges) may be applicable depending on your location. Should you choose to
decline shipping insurance you accept full responsibility for all damages or
losses incurred in the shipping process.
COMBINE SHIPPING
We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases in order to
save our customers a great deal of money. The process of combining shipments
can be difficult because of the extreme variation of the products that we sell
(which range vastly in size, weight and fragility). We have developed a general system that usually
works to everyone's satisfaction. After you win multiple auctions you will be
allowed to combine your items automatically through our check out system which
will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of winning any auction.
LOCAL PICK UP
Customers may pick their merchandise up locally to save on
shipping fees, however, handling fees still apply. Local Pick Up customers must
have completed the check out process prior to arriving at the facility. No
payment will beaccepted at our warehouse. All local pick up customers will also
be required to present a valid form of ID (drivers license or credit card) with
the identical name that appears on their eBay account. Customers will also be
required tosign for product before leaving the facility. Local pick up hours
are Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM 3:00 PM with extended late pick up on
Wednesday from9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
PAYMENT
Payment for all items is due within48 hours of the auctions
ending date. We send an e-mail reminder eachnight with a check out link until
payment is made. Non paying bidders will be left negative feedback.
FEEDBACK
Positive feedback is left automatically when winning bidder
leaves a positive comment. Leaving us a negative feedback may result in a
negative counter feedback, or other appropriate response, to be determined by
customer service.
REFUND POLICY GENERAL
Please remember that we sell items in various condition,
from brand new and factory sealed to severely damaged and parts only. Please
make sure you always read the condition of each item prior to bidding.
We has 5 types of refunds. All refund claims must be made
within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing .With
the exception of a missing item all refunds will require a return authorization
number (RMA) issued by us and the item must be shipped back to us for
inspection and processing. Failure to obtain an RMA prior to returning an item
to us will result in an UnauthorizedReturn which will incur additional
penalties (see bellow for details). All returned items must be sent throught
the mail (UPS, DHL, Fed-X or Postal Service) and may NOT be dropped of in
person. Any reimbursements by uswill be made via the payment method chosen by
the customer when the item waspurchased (ie: if you paid with your Visa Card
you will be refunded on yourVisa Card). Please note that refunds take up to 7
days to post to your account and may not be visible until your next months
billing statement.
REFUND MISSING ITEM
In the event that we are missing or we lose the auction
item, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping
costs (to and from the customer if applicable) and packing/handling fees
related to that item. All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt
of product and all requests must be in writing
REFUND INCORRECT ITEM
In the event that a customer receives an item different than
the item that appeared at auction, the customer will be fully refunded for that
item including all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that
item as well as return shipping costs. In order to receive this refund the
customer must contact us for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same
condition that it was received. All refund claims must be made within 7 days
from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing.
REFUND SHIPPING DAMAGE
We sell items in various conditions from new to damaged. In
the event that an item is damaged, beyond the condition stated at auction, the
customer ma yclaim up to the amount of the winning bid, plus all shipping costs
and packing/handling fees related to that item up to the amount of insurance purchased
on the package. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact us
for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same condition and in the same
original packaging that it was received. All refund claims must be made within
7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be inwriting.
REFUND BUYERS REMORSE
In the event that a customer wishes to return an item for
ANY reason which is not mentioned above, the customer must contact us for an
RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization) and mail the item back in the same
condition that it was received. We will refund the full purchase price for the
item minus a 20% or $5 restocking fee (whichever is higher). We will NOT refund
any shipping, packing or handling fees. All refunds must be sent by mail, to confirm
receipt, and may not be delivered in person.
REFUND UNAUTHORIZED RETURN
In the event that we receive any item that does not contain
an RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization) and to the extent that we can
identify the item, we will refund the full purchase price for the item minus a
30%restocking fee. We will NOT refund any shipping, packing or handling fees.
