Need your HDPE Plastic Sheet cut to Size?  We've got you covered!

How to Order: 

1. Determine the size you need for your project. 

2. Calculate the total square footage required. 

3. Round Up to the closest available sheet size from the chart below. 

4. Order the corresponding quantity based on the square footage. 

5. Message us after checkout with the exact cut dimensions you need your sheet cut down to. 

  • We can only cut down from the sheet size you purchase.  We cannot cut pieces larger than the sheet size ordered. 
  • Each Quantity of 1 = One Square Foot (12" x 12") of HDPE Plastic Material.

To order a custom size, calculate your required square footage, round up, and purchase that quantity.
Example: A 24”x48” sheet = 8 sq ft → Order Quantity 8

Available Sheet Sizes & Quantity Breakdown
  • 12” x 12” – 1 sq ft – Order Quantity 1
  • 12” x 24” – 2 sq ft – Order Quantity 2
  • 12” x 36” – 3 sq ft – Order Quantity 3
  • 12” x 48” – 4 sq ft – Order Quantity 4
  • 24” x 24” – 4 sq ft – Order Quantity 4
  • 24” x 36” – 6 sq ft – Order Quantity 6
  • 24” x 48” – 8 sq ft – Order Quantity 8

⚠️ If you do not provide cut sizes, your order will ship as a full uncut sheet based on the square footage you purchased, or the order may be canceled.

Tolerances & Cutting Info

  • All cuts have a ±1/8" tolerance in length and width

  • Scraps/drops are not included with your order

  • Straight cuts only – no polished edges or custom shapes (like circles, ovals, etc.)

  • Max sheet size is 24” x 48”

  • Sheets sold by the square foot are non-returnable and non-refundable

Shipping

•Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days once we receive your payment. If you pay by e-check, we will ship your order once your payment is
 cleared. We do not ship on weekend or public holidays

•A shipping notification with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please note there is not always a tracking number for international orders. We are not responsible for the time frame of delivery for the shipment. Once we ship your package, the carrier is responsible for the timing of the delivery.

•We are not responsible for any customs duty incurred at foreign customs. Or any hold ups with customs. Please note that international orders can hold in customs for ups to 45 days, no questions asked. 

Payment & Return

•Payment is accepted via PayPal, Custom orders can be place through us, please message us about custom cuts. If a message is not sent to us before the purchase, there's no guarantee the piece will be cut. 
•Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase
 after a 30-day period. Also shipping paid for the product is not refunded for returns that include your own reasoning for return, such as it does not work for your application or no longer need it. There is also a 20% restocking fee. 
•Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer.
