VAT IS INCLUDED IN ALL SALE AND DELIVERY PRICES - ALL PURCHASES WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH A FULL VAT INVOICE. 
Any questions or queries should be through eBay messages or via our Seller Business information.
On winning one of our auctions or Buy it now, immediate payment is required.
 We accept PAYPAL (where specified), cash on collection and bank transfer. 
All measurements, weight loadings, colour and make are given to the best of our ability and knowledge.
Goods should be removed within 7 days of notification that payment has cleared. Failure to do this may result in storage charges being applied. 
Goods for sale can be viewed any time during the stated office hours.
Delivery / Collection 
We use a mix of specialised hauliers if delivery is required. Please advise if access to the delivery address is easy and that unloading facilities i.e. forklift trucks are available.
Goods can be collected from our Warehouse in Leeds, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm. 
 We can also pack your goods for collection by your carrier / transport - We have full loading facilities on our site.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase should the items not be as described or advertised.
Any returns due to the buyers fault or mistake when purchasing must be paid for by the buyer and returned unused and in original packaging/banding.
It is the buyers responsibility to check that the height/depth/width/duty and capacity of the system purchased is suitable for their application.
If in doubt please let us help with advice and suitability.
