Magnet and Hall switch installation
1. Pay attention to the polarity of the magnet during installation. If there is no speed display near the Hall switch, replace the magnet on the other side. The installation should be firm to prevent high-speed throwing out.
2. The effective distance between the front of the Hall switch and the magnet is<5mm, and the magnet N pole is effective.
3. The Hall switch and motor often need to be fixed with a bracket, and it is not allowed to hold the motor Hall switch for speed measurement.
4. The magnet is fixed on a large-diameter rotating shaft, and the rotating disk must rotate concentrically and horizontally as much as possible. Improper shaking and excessive horizontal rotation can lead to inaccurate detection.
