HPC crankshaft for original and tuning setups from Stage6

Stage6 HPC crankshaft 55 mm/ connecting rod 105 mm for Piaggio/Gilera 125 - 180 cc 2-stroke, the perfect addition for original and sports cylinders, regardless of whether moderate or significantly increased performance. The Stage6 crankshaft also meets ambitious requirements, especially when it comes to significantly more powerful engines.

The high-quality full-cheek crankshaft has been lightened on the inside on the shoulder so that excellent balance is achieved with the opposing copper balance weights. The result: smooth engine running for a wide range of applications, whether on the road, circuit or sprint racing. The high-quality forged rod with silver-forging finish rounds off the overall picture.

In the present version, the connecting rod is 105 mm long, with a crank stroke of 55 mm. The changed piston stroke from 52 to 55 mm increases the engine's displacement from 175 cc to 185 cc, resulting in more torque and top performance over the entire engine speed range. A cylinder head spacer is required to adjust the running track length and steering times. These are included and allow plug-and-play installation. The crankshaft with 52mm stroke/105mm connecting rod and 55mm stroke/110mm connecting rod is also available.

We recommend installing new crankshaft bearings and shaft seals (item no. S6-8034101).
