A hardware encrypted, rugged, and portable drive with wireless unlocking via secure Bluetooth. It features industry-leading XTS-AES 256-bit hardware encryption, integrated brute-force prevention, and anti-hacking protection, as well as secure wireless pairing to your phone for dual-factor authentication, FaceID and TouchID unlock and password retrieval. SecureDrive Plus lets you safeguard your most precious asset, your data. Encrypted Bluetooth pairs the SecureDrive Plus to your phone, allowing you to unlock with a single press. There is also support for FaceID and TouchID as well as Android biometric unlocking. It features a versatile USB 3.2, Gen1 Type-microB port, with all the cables you need to connect to any host included in the box. Compatible with USB 3.1, 3.0, Type-C, and Thunderbolt 3. Out of the box SecureDrive Plus is formatted in ExFAT to maximize compatibility with virtually any host. A simple reformat is all you need to optimize for either Mac or Windows operation. Remote Management allows an admin to manage drive access remotely to view users, enable geo- and time-fencing, and perform remote password reset. All performed software-free through a web portal. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via eBay messages or the returns link to obtain an RMA number.
Domestic Purchases
- If you wish to return an item, please contact us via eBay messages or the returns link to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures proper handling of your return or replacement.
- To qualify for a full refund (less shipping expenses), the item must be in its original new condition, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Opened items are eligible for return but may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs incurred in sending the item. If your order included Free Shipping, the shipping expenses we paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. If an item is refused, the carrier charges for both ways will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be in brand new condition as described above. If not, the return may be deemed non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%.
