Our speciality is in separating manufacturers multi kits, creating our own and offering the items at preferential rates. We stock a wide range of products and would welcome enquiries through the eBay messaging service and can create unique listings for you to order.

Please note that items over 2kg are sent by carriers who require a signature at point of delivery. The carrier will attempt 2 deliveries. Any additional delivery attempts are charged by the carrier, each delivery attempt a calling card is left. It is also advisable to provide a phone number for the carrier.

Items less than 2KG are sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery within the UK and signatures for delivery are required. Please note that Royal Mail will leave a calling card and if the item is not collected within 5 days of the card being left it is returned to us and can take up to 10 - 15 days to get back to us. In this instance a redelivery charge will apply.

Please note we do not make deliveries to PO Boxes.

We aim to dispatch goods within 1 – 2 working days due to the time of the day the order is placed. Our carrier aims to deliver within 24 - 48 hours within the UK.

The buyer is responsible for charges incurred to ship the items back to us either for warranty or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, please follow eBay's return procedure within 30 days of purchase. Items no longer wanted, it is your responsibility to post the item back to us, in new, unused and resalable condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the item to ensure that the item has been unused, we will issue a full refund.

Incorrect item Received

We have strict control and checking procedures operating in our warehouse so it is extremely unlikely that an error will occur. However, sometime mistakes can still be made. If this happens we will collect and redeliver a replacement item as soon as possible and this will obviously be at no cost to you.

Received Damaged Item

Please try and check the condition of the parcels before you sign for them, if you are in any doubt please make a note on the couriers paperwork. If you discover an item is damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement for you, obviously we would cover any courier costs.
