Published by Sierra On-Line in 1996, it includes detailed instructions and information about the game, as well as any updates or changes that were made. The manual is in English and is an original, not a reproduction. 

The manual is specifically designed for the PC platform and is a great addition to any NASCAR Racing 2 collection. It was manufactured in the United States and is an excellent resource for anyone who wants to play or learn about the game.
