Figure is in used played with pre-owned condition. It has some wear as shown and is missing the claws on both hands. These figures were made tuff and durable to withstand being played with. It has held up very well. The paint from the factory has the weathered look as Wolverine is mostly in battle form. It has a few paint wear marks but overall the paint isn't in horrible condition. Joints are in decent shape, the hips are a tad loose, not completely, the other joints are in good shape and will hold a pose no problem. Please see pics for condition before you purchase
