Unusual and amazing vintage hand-made dress, fluffy and white!
Ethereal white chiffon with lots of ruffles, layers and pleats.
Sheer, puffed sleeves. Peter-pan collar with ruffled edge..
Two layers of white lining underneath. One is a slip, one is a tulle-style petticoat.
Makes the skirt big and puffy!
Matching sheer belt, wraps around waist twice, ties in bow.

NOTE ABOUT SIZING:
Check measurements and sizing carefully on this gorgeous dress! It is very small, and there is no stretch or give in the "body" / upper part. My mannequin is about a size 2/4 and it did not fit on her all the way.
You must be about a size 0 to fit this garment, FYI. It appears to be hand-made for a specific (and very petite) person!
It is really lovely, and unique.
Great to excellent pre-owned condition, no flaws to note. No rips, notable stains or any issues.
It does show some light signs of gentle / vintage wear, but nothing specifically to note.
Overall cool and gorgeous!!
