Installation instructions
1. Before installation, be sure to repeatedly clean the air conditioning system to remove the pipeline and fill the pipeline with cleaning agent. Condenser, evaporator soak for about 20 minutes until the cleaning agent out of the cleaning is clear.
2. replace the drying bottle
3. Be sure to clean the expansion valve (or replace with a new one)
4. Clean the condenser surface, evaporator core surface. Clean the evaporator filter.
5. check whether the cooling fan is working properly
6. Install a new machine and fill it with genuine R134a refrigerant
Attention
The system is not clean, will lead to compressor pressure is not loud enough, almost always will lead to premature failure of the compressor.
Seriously will lead to compressor pulling cylinder holding dead!
