Pop 8, only 1 graded finer at PCGS!

This type is arguably more difficult to find in high grade MS than Proof or PL. A fantastic superb gem with strong luster. The surfaces are virtually flawless, some planchet weakness on the cheek but does not really affect the eye appeal.
