What a beauty this necklace is! It is absolutely a one of a kind and very rare antique 20th century sterling silver rivière Necklace adorned with diamond paste stones with closed back setting. The center features a drop flower pendant with a dangle piece. The center design also features scrollwork and ribbon design that add detail and interest to the piece. The necklace chain is a beautiful leaf pattern link design adorned with clear paste stones leading to the raised flower shaped clasp marked STERLING on the back. The sparkle from the paste stone is pretty remarkable given the age of the piece!

This necklace measures approximately 16” long, the drop is an additional 1.75” long and total it weighs 41.7 grams. It has black patina typical with silver. I think it adds to the piece beautifully making the paste stones sparkle and stand out but it could easily be cleaned. The piece is not missing any stones.

Truly a wonderful antique Riviere necklace, with foiled pastes that are still very bright and full of sparkle. No chips or cracks to the stones that I can see, no damaged links. Please review the photos to ensure it meets your standards.
