Our items are offered for sale by DIMES (Diagnostic Imaging & Medical Equipment Services), San Antonio, Texas 78209.

 DIMES is open Monday-Friday 9:00-4:30, excluding holidays. Offers, purchases, payments, etc. will be addressed during those hours.

 We are a used medical equipment wholesaler. We do not service or refurbish any of the items that we sell

 

 SHIPPING:

 

All imaging equipment is "For Local Pickup Only". Buyer must arrange for equipment pickup. Please call us before you make arrangements with a transportation company so we can help you determine vehicle requirements. Most of our equipment is stored in a warehouse with a loading dock, therefore we require the transportation company to provide a vehicle that is dock height for loading.

 If you request the equipment, be palletized or placed on skids, please let us know before making payment so we can give you a quote for the additional cost of doing so.

 

TAX:

 

For Texas Customers, sales tax will be added to your invoice. If you are tax exempt, please provide a copy of your exemption certificate prior to check- out. Please do not send payment until we send you a revised invoice.

 

PAYMENT:

 

Please pay within 4 days of winning the auction and request total cost before paying in the event taxes or additional shipping costs are incurred.

 

POLICIES:

 

All Sales are Final.  Items sold as-is, no returns. We do not offer or imply any guarantees or warranties on any equipment sold.

 All equipment must be picked up no later than 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, you will be charged $500 a month storage fee until the equipment is picked up.  Seller assumes no responsibility for damage to the equipment after it is purchased and stored in our facility awaiting pickup by buyer.

 By purchasing this item, you are confirming that you are legally licensed to do so. The buyer will not hold the seller, eBay, or manufacturer responsible for the appropriate or inappropriate use of this device either by the user or a third party.
