This is an open box Item which appears to be the same as a Stinger Eliminator

Has a small chip on the top of the housing (See pic) Doesn't "seem" to affect its operation.

When plugged in, it powers on. The menu "seems" to operate correctly. When in test mode it pans, tilts, spins, and lights up multiple colors and patterns.

I don't have DMX or the manual, so I can't test it any further.
