Fairly light, the Arrow is 18" long it's about 22" tall. The horse has been painted but under the flaking paint you can see the nice aluminum color. The basement is sturdy and adjustable. Not sure on the age but definitely vintage.

I took it apart for easier shipping but it will go right back together.
