• We are happy to bundle/combine shipping to help you save money! To access this benefit, simply add two or more items from Marshall Mercantile Store to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If you have already checked out, please message us and we will try to accommodate your request if the shipping label for the item has not already been purchased, ideally within an hour of your prior purchase.

• How do we refund when shipping is combined? If you have purchased more than one shipping method (e.g., USPS Priority, USPS Ground, UPS), we will normally try to fit the items into the fastest shipping box. If this increases the shipping cost, we will downgrade to a slower shipping method. Once the bulk shipping label has been purchased, we will refund the remaining amount, rounding down to the nearest dollar. We usually ship in the late evening, so your partial refund may not appear until then.
• On rare occasions, shipping cannot be combined, and we reserve the right to decline this service. An example would be two highly breakable items that would be better protected in their own boxes, or if combining shipping does not save any money for the buyer.
