This set of five books are all in great condition. They each have a previous owners libras stamp on the inside front cover. Each one has a gift inscription and a date of 1880. The covers have some wear, but are otherwise in great condition for their age. There are two books that have glue coming apart from the inner spine and some pages that have some edge tears. They haven't been opened in a very long time, so they are mostly stiff. There is also no writing on any of the other pages besides the inscriptions.  The front covers have a gilt bust with the outer spines having gilt lettering. Each book measures 7 1/4" x 5 1/8" x ~1 1/2". 

These books are almost 150 years old. This is five of the twelve in the set with many titles extremely hard to find in this year of publication in any condition.
