Terms of Sale/Disclaimers (which form an integral part of this listing, so please read before buying):

I only ship to eBay-confirmed U.S. addresses.  I will gladly combine shipping for items paid on one invoice. Please don’t rely on eBay’s anticipated delivery dates as fact – they are often overly aggressive.   

Payment promptly upon purchase, please.   I don’t offer a layaway plan.   Wal-Mart does, fyi, if that’s what you’re interested in.   If no contact is made shortly after purchase I reserve the right to  re-list the item without further notice to the original buyer.  

I don’t offer refunds as a result of the failure to thoroughly confirm all relevant measurements.  If in doubt, please request additional measurements.   I will pack your item carefully and, of course, get delivery confirmation so we can both track it.  Please make sure your eBay shipping address is correct.  I will happily offer a refund for dissatisfaction due to an unintentional listing error, omission or misrepresentation.  Refunds offered only after first contacting me (via e-mail) within 14 calendar days of receipt stating reason for dissatisfaction.  For the avoidance of doubt, any returned item must be in the same condition as shipped and unworn, with all tags attached if sold NWT.  Buyer pays return shipping. 

Please note that the color of the item in the picture may not perfectly match the actual color of the item, as computer and mobile device settings may vary somewhat.  Whenever possible or known, I use the manufacturer’s color for reference.   If in doubt and if possible, please visit the manufacturer’s website for a professional image of the color in question.  If none is available, please message me and I will do my best to describe the color as accurately as possible.
