New old stock. I believe these are oil rubbed bronze over brass. There are 15 sets, 14 complete, one missing a screw. The set consists of a back plate that is 3 5/8" , a cylinder piece that is 3/4" , screw and the top plate with the a flowerish design that is 2 1/2". The packages that this some in are very brittle so some are not in the packages anymore. Made in USA.
