Please review all pictures and information provided carefully before purchasing. We do our best to provide all relevant descriptions/disclosures as accurately as possible. All measurements are close to the available instrument (rulers, ring sizer, etc) which is to the mm or 10th of a carat or whatever unit measured by the relevant tool. We cannot provide you with nano laser accuracy to the 100th of the unit (and neither do most other sellers).
Condition:
Most stocked items are preowned (hence the huge discount) please do not expect items to be in flawless or like new condition unless specified in the listing. We do our best to photograph and describe items with relevant measurements. Conditions are disclosed accurately if we see a flaw, it is described/disclosed in text and shown in a photograph, usually close up. However please understand that if there is a missed flaw the item can be refunded only when the flaw is not microscopic and not hardly detectable by the human eye unless it is major then it is not a viable reason for a refund or discount. No pre-owned jewellery is perfect microscopically. Some items look almost like new and others are more dated, especially vintage jewellery. Vintage jewellery that looks NEW is rarely something we prefer to sell because it could be modified and loses its historic touch. All items are sold AS IS.
Authenticity:
All items are checked for authenticity, we only deal with the genuine product. All items are inspected and researched to ensure authenticity especially for high-end and designer jewellery. All gold/rare metals items and diamonds are tested to validate carat and weight. So far there has never been an issue however if there ever is a rare occasion that a part (perhaps a stone) is not authentic, then with certified proof from a well-established jeweller the item can be refunded. However items are checked on our side by professionals before sale too.
Fraud:
We are very vigilant of fraud. Please do not email asking for Paypal or to send items as gifts for friends/missionaries living abroad. All items will be posted directly to the eBay customers address, third party addresses are not accepted. We do not accept transactions if an eBay buyer has no feedback and cannot be verified as a genuine buyer.
