The same sort of grille cover can be see on add-on air-conditioner units in later 50's to early 60's Volkswagen Bus and Kombis.
I'm sure they have some element of universal fitment. Perfect for any old car.
Made from a good quality plastic, some vintage to them, probably 1970's or 80's.
Have been in storage for many years, so they're a little dusty, but no damage.
