This listing is for a 1954 Fort Wayne Zollner Pistons preseason program from their game against the Philadelphia Warriors, played on October 17th at the Allen County Memorial Coliseum.

In this exhibition opener for both teams, the Pistons defeated the Warriors, 79-64, which was one of the first games ever to use the 24-second clock, in preparation for its implementation at the start of the regular season.

This program is in fair to good condition, with paper cut off the top edge of the front cover, the wrong season written on the front, mild edge discoloration and much of the spine is split. Even though the cover is detached from the core of the program, it still presents itself very well.  The score sheets are unscored.

The newspaper sections in the last 3 photos are for reference only and not part of this auction.
