These are new and unused. Most are brand new and no issues. Some MAY have a slight defect on the tip due to either a production issue or where the tip has struck the end of the cap to the tube. See photos of examples. 

Listed are both the original which is more of a satin effect and the nude intense line which is more of a matte effect. 

The Nude Intense are noted with NU prior to the shade color within the listing.
