How to know if touch screen or LCD panel needed, check below:

Touch Panel Digitizer: If the top touch panel or glass top is cracked
or broken but the image under is still fine, then you only need the
Touch Panel;
2. LCD Display Only: If the image under the glass is broken and the touch pancel is NOT then you only need a LCD display;
3.
Complete Screen with Touch Panel & LCD: If the top touch panel is
broken and the lcd image is either black liquid or cracked you need a
complete screen
If
you are not sure compatibility of your tablet, pls send us part number
of touch screen you need, we will help you check before shipment.

Shipment
Please check your shipping address prior to making payment.
We usually ship out item within 24 hours when payment is cleared and confirmed. We usually ship the item by SpeedPak Service. If you need other express shipping method, eg: DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS, pls contact us.
You will receive the item around 8-12 working days under normal delivery time, but for big festival season, like Christmas, shipment will be a little bit delay, please be more patient and we will always here to be your support.
Returns and refund
If the item was demaged during transit or has other compatible problem, pls contact us after receiving package, we will offer free replacement.
We only accept returns with unused item and should be in original packaging.
No refunds given if back tape from glue or plastics removed.
