Standard  22x14 window card - cardboard.  Excellent condition. Ignore the glare from the plastic sleeve it is in.  Card may have EXTREMELY MINOR edge or corner wear from being stored in a smoke free home, but will be masked by framing.  Item will be professionally packaged and shipped with insurance and tracking to ensure it gets to you in the condition I sent it.  Too many window cards arrive damaged due to improper packaging.  That won't be the case here.
