Our 2-year limited warranty covers movement servicing and guarantees that the timepiece remains in optimal working condition. However, this warranty excludes the following: Wear and tear from regular use. Loss or theft of the watch. Tampering, mistreatment, or any modifications.
All our watches are serviced exclusively by our certified watchmaker and undergo thorough testing for water resistance and time-keeping accuracy. This watch adheres to the highest standards of precision and quality, reflecting our commitment to offering original and non-aftermarket timepieces.

Free Standard Shipping Within the U.S.
We process orders within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. Shipping is via FedEx or UPS 2-Day service. For overnight shipping, we offer expedited options for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy on most items, provided they are unused and undamaged. If the return tag or watch tag has been removed, a 10% restocking fee will be automatically applied.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND REPAIRS
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. If the buyer refuses to pay these fees and the watch is returned to us by the courier, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Our warranty covers the movement only, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the W&J Shop service center.
