This SALADMASTER System 7 skillet/griddle is made of 7" TP304-316 surgical stainless steel, suitable for use on induction, electric, and gas stoves. It comes without a lid and is manufactured in the United States. The set includes a frying pan and saute pan, both coated with stainless steel for cooking.
