TERMS & CONDITIONS

Items incorrectly ordered can only be replaced for correct item if the buyer agrees to pay all postage costs for returning and resending the correct item.

All items are used parts and may have scratches or marks.

Used items may show sings of age, storage marks, wear, scratches, dirt, corrosion, fading, or  other cosmetic impefecions consistent with normal use.

Please inspect all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.

Some electronic parts may require coding, programming, pairing, or specialist installation after fitting. Professional installation is recommended. Compatablity and programming responsibility remains with the buyer.

Any transit damage must be reported withing 24 hours with clear photographs of the packaging and item.

Please make payment within 3 days of purchase.

No codes provided for radios unless stated otherwise. Part numbers must be checked on all items before purchase to make sure it is the right item.

We do our best to take pictures of all the damage on parts so please make sure you check all pictures before purchase. If there is anything unclear, please contact us. We normally reply within an hour. We do not cover any bulbs or ballast modules left on headlights or taillights.

Returns Policy

If the item is damaged in transit by the courier and returned within 7 days we will make a complete refund please NOTE should you choose to return the item for ANY other reason we will deduct all postage fees plus a 20% handling charge.

We can't send replacements or give refunds until the original item has been returned to us and been inspected. When returning an item for whatever reason, please make sure it is well packaged for transit purposes and sent using secure tracked delivery service.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during the return delivery. If parcel gets lost in post and buyer will not provide a tracking number, We will not be able to make a refund. All items are security marked; please do not remove these markings. Returns are accepted up to 7 days from receipt of item. No postage fees will be refunded.

All breakable items such as head lights and tail lights must be inspected by the purchaser to ensure they are not damaged before signing for the delivery or a refund will not be made.

Shipping

Collection can be arranged via appointment.

We aim to dispatch all items within two days of purchase. Items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

All items will be securely wrapped prior to dispatch.

All items must be checked before signing. A signature indicates you have received the packaged item in good condition and so cannot make a later claim against the courier ourselves.

Additional charges apply for items in Scottish islands/Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of man.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We post within mainland UK, Ireland and the Scottish Highlands however the cost shown is only for mainland UK. For Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands you will need to contact us for a quote. Postage & Packaging costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling . Please do not buy or bid on an item if you are unhappy about the cost of Postage and Packaging as this is non negotiable.

ALL our parts are removed from RHD cars.

ALL engines are fully tested prior to removal. We always have video and are more than happy to send videos over to the buyer.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING THE CORRECT ENGINE. ALWAYS CHECK ENGINE CODES, IF NOT SURE PLEASE CONTACT.

Engines come with 90 days or 3000 miles warranty (Proof of mileage required prior the installation)

Warranty on complete engines only covers the bare engine (block and cylinder head) everything else that may be left on the engine other than the block and cylinder head is done so for everyone's convenience (unless otherwise stated). These items have no warranty. Examples of these are ancillaries, wiring, injectors, sensors, any gaskets other than the head gasket (for example oil leaks are not covered).
Timing belts, chains, injector seals are not covered as these are serviceable items, so please replace these prior the installation. Engines must be serviced (oil and filter changed as engines come without any oil).
Fitting must be done by a reputable garage, invoice supplied for fitting and chain/belt replacement. Failing to provide proof of invoice will void the warranty.

SECURITY MARKS

Products returned without security markings will void any refund claim. All items are marked for security; please do not remove these markings as items returned without markings will not be refundable. All parts are security marked; these markings include permanent marker pen, paint, infra- blue marking. If any of these markings are not visible to us on return, no refund can be given - there is no exception to this rule. Proof of security markings will be taken prior to dispatch.
