Allows full access to DFSM Servers, also adds a download file manager to download dbf files without loading Pathfinder or SDD upto V164*, files can be downloaded from the DSFM server or uploaded from local filesystem.


This is a user patch that can be applied and removed if required, it is NOT a login to Topix. Allows access to programming keys/modules etc, excludes access to Topix documents such as bulletins and diagrams.
