• We gladly offer combined shipping at the rate of the highest shipping charge plus $1.00 for each additional item purchased.
• All orders ship within 24 hours and are carefully packaged using 200 lb. rated shipping boxes and protective bubble wrap to help ensure safe delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (eBay International Shipping)

• eBay manages international shipping rates, delivery timelines, customs processing, and insurance coverage.
• All international shipments include tracking and insurance for added protection.
• In the rare event an item arrives damaged, please open a return request or claim under "Arrived Damaged" and include clear photos so the issue can be resolved promptly.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR RETURNED ITEMS

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the issue. Photos are required to process a claim or replacement.
• Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same item when available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
• Returns of opened items may be subject to a 50% restocking fee, as opened items can no longer be sold as new.
• All standard returns must be shipped back in the original shipping box with all original packaging materials and packed in the same manner in which they were received.
