Overview
This development board is based on the CH552 chip production development board, support up to 24MHz system frequency, built-in 16K program memory ROM and 256Byte internal iRAM and 1KB on-chip xRAM, xRAM support DMA direct memory access. CH552 built-in ADC analog-to-digital converter, touch button capacitance detection, 3 groups of timers and signal capture and PWM, dual-asynchronous serial interface, SPI, USB device controller and full-speed transceiver, type-C, USB and other functional modules. Enhanced 8051 core: Compatible with MCS51 instruction set, enhanced E8051 core microcontroller, 79% of the instructions are single-byte single-cycle instructions, the average instruction speed is 8~15 times faster than the standard MCS51, unique XRAM data fast copy instructions, support up to 24MHz system main frequency.
Built-in Flash/RAM: Built-in 16K program memory ROM and 256 bytes of internal iRAM and 1K bytes of on-chip XRAM, XRAM supports DMA direct memory access peripheral rich.
USB: Embedded USB controller and USB transceiver, supports USB2.0 full-speed and low-speed host or device mode. Supports up to 64 byte packets, built-in FIFO, supports DMA.
UART: 2 full-duplex asynchronous serial ports, all support high baud rate communication, UARTO is a standard MCS51 serial port.
Timer: 3 sets of timer/counter, support 2-way signal capture and 2-way PWM output.
SPI: 1 SPI communication interface, built-in FIFO, support Master/Slave master-slave mode.
ADC: 4-channel 8-bit A/D analog-to-digital converter, support voltage comparison
Touch: 6-channel capacitance detection, support up to 15 touch keys, support independent timing interrupt.
