The MEC Sentinel Series Full Size Dielectric Inlet Second Stage Regulator features an integral dielectric inlet connection designed to isolate upstream metallic piping from electrical current prior to piping entering a building in complaince with NFPA58 – 2017 section 6.11.316. Since the FNPT inlet serves as the dielectric separation media, any standard MNPT threaded connector or valve can be installed without aseparate dielectric union. Both compact and full size models feature the same basic footprint measurement from inlet to outlet, as all standard Excela-FloTM second stage regulators, making it ideal for regulator change-outs. This item ships to anywhere in the continental USA. We cannot ship this outside of the 48 continental states. No shipments to Alaska/Hawaii. No international shipments.  Please provide us with a valid contact phone number and physical address to assure a problem-free delivery. Please allow a minimum 3 - 4 business days for delivery.

Returns and Miscellaneous

Please ask any questions before buying. We will accept returns providing you contact us within 14 days after receiving your item. Feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing.  Return costs are your responsibility. 

It is your responsibility at the time of delivery to inspect the merchandise, especially for large appliances. If the packaging looks damaged do not sign for the delivery until the item is inspected. If it does not pass your inspection, tell the delivery company that you can not accept it. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. Once you sign for the package you accept full responsibility. You have up to 48 hours to contact us either by phone or email to let us know if something is damaged.  Even if you do not intend to install your merchandise right away, please be sure to check and make sure it arrived intact otherwise the claim will be up to you and we will not be responsible for the damage.  If you wait more than two days, its hard to know if it was the shipper that caused the damage and we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company. We will do everything in our power to fix the problem incurred by damage, but please be aware that it is your full responsibility to inspect all goods before signing for them.
